What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

Hi i am hazem , 28 yrs old . my semen analysis report is volume = 3.5 ml, Viscosity = viscid , Liquefaction time =1 hrs, Reaction = Alkaline sperm count = 42 million/ml, total 147 million per sample , Motility Active = 30%, Sluggish = 20%, Non motile = 50% and Morphology Abnormal = 20% Pus cells = 8-10 /hpf, RBC s = Nil , spermatocyte: 3-5 h.p.f abstinence period:3 days i take cefixime antibiotic . but i didnt do another semen analysis . whats your advice for me?? for knowledge (i am GP doctor))? thanks
